When was the last time you ended your day in real quiet—without a screen, without distractions?
Soul Barn’s Silent Retreat in Wulai is a rare three-day experience designed for deep rest and reconnection.
Through simple breathing practices, meditation, and deep rest sessions, participants are guided into a steadier rhythm—learning tools that support calm, clarity, and emotional balance long after the retreat ends.
Silence allows awareness to deepen, making space for honest self-reflection and a more compassionate relationship with one’s inner world.
In the stillness of the mountains, time feels slower and more open. These days are an invitation to truly rest, reset, and return to daily life carrying a quiet sense of ease.
What To Expect
Wear your most comfortable clothes and bring environmentally friendly tableware.
Put down your phones and communicate with the world attentively.
Stay weird and stay unique.
