*The retreat will proceed with a minimum of seven attendees. If there are fewer than seven attendees, we will notify you and issue a full refund one week before the retreat starts.


 

In today’s fast-paced and stimulating world, do you sometimes feel especially sensitive—or notice that someone close to you is? Perhaps you (or they) react strongly to sounds, emotions, or subtle shifts in the environment, and this sensitivity can feel overwhelming or misunderstood.

Yet, this very sensitivity is also a gift—it allows for deeper connection, empathy, and insight when embraced with care.

This retreat invites you into the forest or a quiet natural setting, where sound healing, meditation, mindfulness, and gentle body awareness practices will help release built-up stress, soothe the nervous system, and restore inner balance.

Whether you’re here to better understand yourself as a highly sensitive person, or to learn how to support the HSPs in your life, you’ll find a safe and nurturing space of understanding.

Together, we’ll discover how sensitivity can become a true strength—one that allows you to experience life with more depth, compassion, and clarity. Carrying this sense of calm and awareness back into daily life, you’ll feel more grounded, at ease, and connected—both to yourself and to others.

Meditation Healing & Relaxation Guidance for Highly Sensitive People: Liz

Originally from South Africa, Liz Coetzee came to Taiwan by chance and has been living here for thirty years. Upon her arrival, she was deeply drawn to the traditional healing wisdom of Taiwan and Southeast Asia, which sparked her lifelong exploration of balance, well-being, and longevity for both body and mind. In 2012, she founded Rangoli Health, inspired by the vibrant Rangoli motifs of India’s Diwali Festival—symbols of wholeness and interconnectedness—embodying her philosophy of integrative healing.

As a guide for highly sensitive people, Liz specializes in sound healing, meditation, mindfulness practices, and body awareness to help participants soothe the nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with inner calm and strength. She believes that sensitivity is not a burden, but an innate gift—one that allows for deeper empathy, connection, and insight. With her guidance, you will learn to treat yourself with gentleness, embrace the value of sensitivity, and rediscover balance and ease in everyday life.

Nestled in the mountains of Wulai, Fusen Banzhi rests quietly beside the forest — a hidden retreat often wrapped in mist.

Surrounded by lush greenery and fresh mountain air, the space carries the gentle sounds of nature - birdsong, rustling leaves, flowing water — a melody that welcomes you home.

“You can feel the forest breathe here.” Follow the moss-covered steps and winding paths to a space where you can release the weight of daily life and simply be.

Time moves slower here, giving your heart a chance to return to calm and stillness.

Amid the mountains and forests, Fusen Banzhi Trio draws inspiration from indigenous food culture, weaving early foraging memories with the pure flavors of nature onto the dining table. By carefully selecting seasonal, locally sourced ingredients in their original form, and transforming them with delicate craftsmanship, each dish becomes a reflection of the land’s character—carrying the fragrance of the forest and the warmth of the sun.

As you dine embraced by nature, your body and mind gently unwind, letting go of daily burdens and leaving only a lightness that feels deeply nourished.

Suggested Departure: 9:30 AM / Board at Xindian MRT Station
Suggested Return: 6:00 PM / Arrive at Xindian MRT Station

  • If you wish to take the shuttle bus, please make a reservation with the venue in advance (Tel: (02) 2661-6688 ).

  • The shuttle fare is NT$50 per trip, to be paid directly to the Fusen Banzhi staff.

  • Pick-up location: At the bus stop on the left-hand side after exiting Xindian MRT Station (in front of Starbucks). Please arrive at the pick-up spot at least 10 minutes before departure. The shuttle will depart on time.

    Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. Please click the “Book now“ button to fill in the reservation form, and wait patiently while we process your request. 

  2. REQUEST PROCESSED:

  3. PAYMENT PROCESSED:
    Please proceed with the payment at your earliest convenience no later than 3 days after you receive our bank account information. Without receiving your payment, the booking system will cancel your reservation automatically. Don’t forget to provide the last five digits of your bank account number and the total amount you have transferred. 

  4. RESERVATION COMPLETED:
    Please wait patiently as our team members contact you shortly. The reservation is completed once the payment is received.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made between 2 - 13 days of the event will receive a 70% refund.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made on the day of the event or during the event are non-refundable unless an emergency occurred and is provided with proof.

However, the booking can be transferred to a different person if you’re unable to attend.
