After hosting three-day silent retreats, we often hear the same question: what happens if the silence lasts a little longer?

This four-day, three-night retreat is our way of slowing down even more, giving both your body and mind the extra time they need to truly settle.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll learn breathing practices that help calm your nerves and keep your energy steady, explore gentle movement and yoga nidra for deep rest, and spend quiet afternoons with sound and chanting as ways to reconnect with yourself.

And yes! Singing bowls will be part of the experience too - both listening and trying them out yourself!

By the fourth day, silence will start to feel natural—like a rhythm you can carry with you. You head home refreshed, clearer, and grounded, with simple tools to bring that sense of calm into everyday life.

Sound Healing: Aneel & Miya

Aneel Kumar Thapa is a sound healing instructor who had a nutrition background from Canada. Aneel learns and communicates with sound healing instructors from different cultural backgrounds and American natural medicine experts.  His enthusiasm for sound healing led him to making lots of friends in the sound healing groups, who then invited him to promote sound healing lessons and train teachers in Taiwan and overseas.

Aneel Kumar Thapa gained a lot of clinical and teaching experience that helps people deal with their mental health and emotions. Through this, Aneel’s wish is being able to introduce sound healing into people’s everyday life.

Miya has been in the field of children’s bilingual education for sixteen years. Because she followed Aneel around the world to promote sound healing, Miya also devoted herself to the field. With the help of other sound healing instructors, Miya and Aneel were able to combine what they’ve learned and really embrace it in their lives.

Space

The ocean is just a short walk away — about ten minutes to reach the waves.

This space was designed and cared for by a sculptor who has infused art into every corner. The outdoor garden, built with reclaimed bricks from old Yingge kilns, brings together natural materials and artistic craftsmanship.

From the cherry wood in the rooms to the mountain stones in the bathroom - every detail was shaped and polished by hand.

A Japanese-style cabin, tatami rooms, fine sculptures, and native trees that grow naturally alongside the architecture - here, everything creates a calm, balanced space that feels both grounded and artistic.
