Do you remember what it feels like to simply be with yourself—quiet, calm, and at ease?
City life fills us with noise, messages, and endless to-dos. Our minds rarely stop running, and true stillness becomes a luxury.
This three-day, two-night silent retreat invites you to pause and return to nature. Surrounded by mountains, you’ll leave behind words and roles, keeping only breath and presence.
Each day begins with gentle breathing and movement to bring clarity and calm. You’ll explore sensory meditation, intuitive journaling, and mindful creative practices like zentangle drawing—all ways to listen within and let emotions flow naturally. Evenings end with gratitude and chanting, easing the mind into peace.
Silence here isn’t about isolation, but connection—to yourself, to nature, and to the quiet strength that’s always been within you. You’ll return to daily life lighter, clearer, and more grounded—carrying a sense of stillness you can always come back to.

Body-Sound Awakening, Zentangle Drawing and Gratitude Meditation: Eyes
“ You become an instructor not only to heal yourself, but to heal others too.”
As a student, Eyes questioned the essence of being a human, which led her on a journey of self discovery. Through sound, body, words and art, it allows us to see things using different perspectives.
Slowly, you will be able to become an instructor that can heal others too.

Space
Located in a quiet town at the foot of the mountains, this wooden house opens onto a grassy lawn surrounded by trees - and sometimes, you might even spot a giant tortoise slowly wandering across it!
The house was built by the owner and close friends, from collecting the wood to hand-finishing every detail. Each season brings its own atmosphere: fresh greens in spring, the sound of cicadas in summer, cool autumn air, and calm winter days.
Inside, warm wood furniture, tatami mats, and soft lighting make the space cozy and comfortable. You can wake up to the morning sun, watch the evening mist roll in, or simply sit quietly and listen to nature.
It’s a place to slow down and enjoy life’s simple things — a cup of tea, fresh air, and a peaceful afternoon.

Afternoon Guided Meditation
At the beginning of the journey, gently enter a state of silence. Through guided grounding practices, body and mind gradually settle into calmness and stability.
Creative Flow: Zentangle and Intuitive drawing
Relax into creativity through drawing—no technique, no logic required, only lines and shapes flowing freely. This becomes a dialogue with the subconscious, releasing thoughts and opening the door to intuitive creation and self-healing.
Sleep Relaxation
At night, let your breath gently guide awareness into relaxation—gathering the day’s feelings and leading you into restful, steady sleep.
Morning Awakening: Cross Breathing Technique and Warm-Up Activation
On the next morning, begin with breathwork and gentle warm-ups. Through alternate nostril breathing, experience balance and steadiness of mind. As the body awakens, so too does the intention to carry this silence back into daily life—preparing you for the journey home.
Eye Gazing Meditation
Through focused gazing, experience the steadiness of the mind and the strength of the present moment.
How to Take Your Peaceful Balance into Daily Life
In moments of shared guidance, learn how to extend the power of mindfulness into the details of everyday living.

Observe, accept, and gently transform heavy emotions into resilient inner strength—this silent strength becomes the root of your inner stability.
Silence Q&A

Gratitude Meditation
End the day with gratitude, resting in silence and chanting. This gratitude embraces not only the past two days of experiences, but also yourself—a tender act of self-acceptance and peace.
