In the tranquil afternoon, you’re invited to pause and step away from the busyness of life to enter a quiet, reflective space.

The day begins by slowing down your heartbeat and easing into stillness. A silent eye-gazing exercise helps you connect with your own emotions and the presence of those around, fostering a sense of understanding beyond words.

Once grounded, we gather for an intimate tea session. Three carefully selected teas are served, each with its own story. Through gentle questions related to life themes, participants are invited to share and reflect in a safe, accepting space.

The retreat ends with guided rhythmic breathing and simple body movements to reawaken the senses and reconnect with inner clarity and balance.

This is a space to reset, reconnect with yourself, and find tranquility through mindful presence and the ritual of tea.

What To Expect

Wear your most comfortable clothes and bring environmentally friendly tableware.

Put down your phones and communicate with the world attentively.

Stay weird and stay unique.

A Quiet Afternoon Tea About Life: Crystal

“Tea is like life—layered and profound. Each cup reflects a moment in time, offering a delicate rhythm that mirrors our inner stories.”

Crystal’s earliest moments of awareness were shaped by the warmth of tea. She combines origin-based storytelling with precise brewing techniques to guide people in discovering tea through all five senses—turning every tasting into a moment of mindful presence.

Over the past decade, her journey has taken her from the vast tea fields of South Africa to refined Swiss dining tables and across the rich tea traditions of Asia, collecting global tea knowledge through both palate and heart.

After returning to Taiwan, she founded her own tea brand. Through innovative tea creations, she hopes to inspire younger generations to explore pure tea flavors and shape their own “modern tea culture.”

Deep Listening and A Quiet Afternoon Tea About Life: Yoanna

In this retreat, we follow Yoanna’s lead to practice presence, eye contact, and honest dialogue. As we soften toward those around us, we also give space for our inner voices to be heard, understood, and gently held.

“In a world that is so fast paced, we all need to learn how to stay calm and move at our own pace.”

Yoanna has experienced healing and growth through Breathing Techniques, Yoga, and Meditation Practices, and she hopes to bring that experience to our attendees too.
