Category: Inspire & Connect
*Inspire & Connect provide retreats that help us pursue inner happiness, peace, freedom, and personal growth through wellness group activities. Here in a safe space, together we discuss ideas without judgment, and share stories we've never told a soul.
*The retreat will proceed with a minimum of 6 attendees. If there are fewer than 6 attendees, we will notify you and issue a full refund one week before the retreat starts.
*Please note that this is an adult-exclusive retreat available to 16-year-old and over.
Above the city skyline, step away from the noise of daily life and enter a quiet sanctuary on the rooftop. Listen in stillness, converse in silence, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with nature.
This isn’t a gathering led by words, but an experimental journey of the body, mind, and senses. Through plants, breath, presence, and connection, we’ll practice deep listening and wholehearted openness. No prior experience is needed—just come with an open heart.
We’ll begin with a silent dialogue with plants—relearning how to connect with nature through observation, sensation, and inner reflection.
From there, we’ll gently transition into guided listening exercises, where you’ll be paired with a stranger for uninterrupted dialogue and honest expression.
Finally, you’ll arrive at a moment of introspection, engaging in a wordless exchange with yourself, letting your body speak and respond to the emotions and sensations of the present moment.
What To Expect
Wear your most comfortable clothes and bring environmentally friendly tableware.
Put down your phones and communicate with the world attentively.
Stay weird and stay unique.
Exploratory Conversation and Somatic Flow: Lee Jia
Beginning with silent dialogue with plants, moving into a deep connection with your own breath, and eventually opening into honest, unmasked dialogue with a stranger—Lee Jia will gently guide us through each stage, drawing us inward to rediscover a sense of pure stillness and authentic connection.
After a few years of struggles and unexpected changes, Lee Jia embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery and realization. She started viewing life in a whole new perspective, learning how to trust, create and love. And now, Lee Jia will be sharing her stories and inner journeys, on how she got to know herself through the challenges and incidents in life, and how she figured out the things that healed her, and things that made her grow.

Retreat Includes
Silent Dialogue with Plants
In a space surrounded by greenery, we’ll practice the art of quiet observation and sensing the presence of nature. Without using words, we’ll engage in a silent and profound connection with plants.
Listening with Intention: Presence and Awareness
This is a guided sensory practice designed to bring you fully into the present moment. Through a slowed pace and deep inner reflection, you’ll explore the richness and subtlety of the present. We’ll learn to truly “listen with our heart” and experience the different layers of auditory senses.
An Open Dialogue with Stranger
In a safe and supportive space, you’ll be invited to ask questions and engage in a sincere, meaningful exchange with someone you’ve never met. This is a heart-to-heart encounter—an opportunity to move beyond surface-level language and experience true understanding and connection.
Breathing and Silent Body Movements
Through slow, mindful breathing and gentle movement, allow yourself to be in the present moment. Blending stillness with motion, this practice has no right or wrong, no end goal—only a space for your body to converse freely with your inner voice and release whatever needs to be expressed.
